I created REN3W to bring more honesty and transparency to the fitness industry. So much of what we see online focuses on perfect results, constant motivation, and the idea that success only comes from pure determination. But real life isn’t that simple. Life gets busy, hormones fluctuate, illnesses happen, and sometimes progress isn’t linear. That doesn’t mean you aren’t determined or capable. REN3W exists to provide the confidence boost many women need, a space that reminds you that the journey is just as important as the result.

I am a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer, and swim coach, as well as a graduate in fashion promotion and communication. Through REN3W, I combine my knowledge of fitness and wellbeing with insights into fashion, trends, and gymwear culture to create a platform that educates women about the health and fitness industry while keeping things real, approachable, and enjoyable. My goal is to make health and fitness feel like a lifestyle, not just a short-term goal.

My journey in the fitness industry began with my first job as a gym receptionist. From there, I developed confidence working within fitness environments and discovered how much I value helping people build confidence in themselves. As a swim teacher, I’ve worked with people who have real fears and trauma around water. I’ve walked up and down the poolside for half an hour, encouraging someone to take their first steps; watched them struggle, try again, and eventually succeed in swimming. Seeing that moment of joy and relief is incredibly powerful and emotional, and it constantly reminds me how important support and guidance are.

Without the right encouragement, progress can feel much harder. But the willingness to try, even when things don’t go perfectly, is what truly matters. That mindset is at the heart of REN3W.

Through my studies and experiences, I’ve also seen how many women, particularly more mature women, feel overlooked or unsupported by parts of the modern fitness industry. I want to help change that by creating a platform that educates women about important topics such as hormones, nutrition, health trends, and realistic approaches to fitness. Not everything works for everyone, and my goal is to make wellness feel more personal, transparent, and inclusive.

REN3W is built on the idea that we are stronger together. This is a space to learn, grow, and feel supported, a community where women of all ages can rebuild confidence, reclaim their strength, and restart their journey on their own terms.
