High-Protein Chocolate Yogurt Bowl with Granola & Raspberries


This rich and satisfying high-protein yoghurt bowl feels like a treat but fuels your body right. Made with 0% fat Greek yoghurt and a scoop of chocolate protein powder, then topped with crunchy protein granola, almond butter drizzle, and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 30g protein granola (with chocolate chunks)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (drizzled)

  • Handful of fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Make the chocolate yogurt base

    • In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the chocolate protein powder.

    • Stir until smooth and creamy (add a splash of milk if needed).

  2. Add the toppings

    • Sprinkle over the protein granola.

    • Add fresh raspberries.

  3. Finish with almond butter

    • Drizzle almond butter over the top for extra flavour and healthy fats.


  • 0% fat Greek yogurt: ~15g protein

  • Protein powder: ~20–25g protein

  • Protein granola: ~8–10g protein

  • Total per serving: ~40–50g protein


  • Banana slices 🍌

  • Dark chocolate shavings 🍫

  • Chia seeds for extra fibre 🌱

  • Honey if you want it sweeter. 🍯
